He always insists that he takes out my order to the car. The problem is that this cheerful young man is actually 92 years old. I feel guilty on hot days, but he won't take no for an answer. Honestly, this is true. Sometimes on his nights off he comes in to play his violin for the customers.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2758315312808346503.post-31478990201942374072009-03-11T10:29:00.000-04:002009-03-11T10:29:00.000-04:00What a nice story. He said, "You oughta bring your car to my shop." We said, "Well, we would, but there's no time. We're leaving tomorrow." So he just went "whump" on that door with his whole body. He's a short, muscular guy and that door was straightened right out! (We had tried to drive the car into the garage with that door open. Silly us.)

BTW, I didn't get back to my blog in time to thank you for your kind comment about my writing a memoir. Actually, I think the blog will be my memoir, but it's nice to think that maybe I could publish a memoir.
